HannoverGrand is an independent sole trading company headed by me, Matthew Rayner. Our presence is understated; our operating costs are low, enabling us to provide clients with services without excessive fees. I have been involved in property since 1995 when I joined a residential sales agency in central London, from there I went on to specialise in residential and commercial investment both in London and then in Paris. On returning to the UK in 2003 I developed a UK based company specialising in French and German real estate investments. In recent years and post financial crisis I have concentrated on the opportunities offered in the UK residential market.

Investing in Fine Wine has been a personal interest of mine for several years. In 2011 in partnership with one of the UK’s leading fine wine brokers and investment specialists I will be able to offer HannoverGrand clients some exceptional opportunities in a largely undiscovered ‘real investment’ market.
